Pet Policy

Guests can bring 1 four - legged family member.
Balconies lead to a grassy area right out the door and a few steps
to Bean Park. There is a $150.00 Deposit required,
of which $50.00 is non-refundable.
Tips for making sure your pet is welcomed
- Cats
and dogs with a maximum weight of 25 pounds are permitted.
- Make
sure your pet has reliable identification. Tags are
not enough, Tattoos
or Microchips are more secure.
Carry veterinary records and a recent color
photo of your pet.
- If
your pet will be left unattended in your unit, please
crate turn on your radio
or television to keep your
pet entertained. Be careful when opening your
unit doors. In a mere second your precious but frazzled
pet can dash out the door and disappear.
- Walk
from balcony to the park or grassy area.
- Please
cover any furniture and beds your pet will be allowed
on. Never permit your pet to sleep on beds, chairs,
or bedspreads unless they have been covered with your
own complete bed covering.
- Always
keep your pet leashed when outside. Clean up after
your pet.
- Please
wipe off muddy or dirty paws before your pet enters
your unit.
- Barking
and scratching are unacceptable; please make sure your
pet
can be calm and quiet if left alone
for any period of time.
